Muscle Testing/NRT
Muscle testing, also known as NRT, is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the root cause of underlying illness and non-optimum health. Our clinically proven system may be quite different from any other healing practice you have experienced. Your initial consultation is just $250 for 90-120 minutes with one of our highly trained practitioners.
20-Minute NRT Follow-up: $85/visit (ages 13 and up)
Children under 13: $65/visit
Special discount packages are available with a 6-month program.

Nutrition Response Testing
Metabolic Reset Weight Loss (virtual option available)
Our clinically proven and science-based program allows the body to efficiently metabolize fat and uses it as energy when the client consumes the right combination of intermittent fasting and nutrition over 2 Phases with our team. We support your hormones in this transition with a homeopathic blend of amino acids, vitamins, minerals herbs, and cell salts for additional benefits. Education to maintain your healthy lifestyle and manage your weight is our goal in the Metabolic Reset program.
Basic Plan (no Red Light sessions) $900
Plus Plan (with 12 Red Light sessions) $1566
Body Contouring Red Light Therapy is optional, but is highly recommended to enhance your results.

IonCleanse® Detox Foot Bath
The IonCleanse® helps the body detox through the healing power of ions. Ions, because of their powerful charge, cleanse the body more effectively than any other method of detox. The process is safe, relaxing, and non-invasive, with no harmful side effects. The IonCleanse® Foot bath purifies the body through the electrolysis of the water.
Adult 30-Minute Session: $45

Nutrition & Fitness Coaching
At Wholistic Health Center, we believe food is one of the most powerful tools for restoring health. Our nutrition and fitness coaching programs are designed to provide a customized approach for each individual, using insights gathered from years of clinical experience working with hundreds of clients.
Your personalized nutrition plan focuses on real food as medicine, helping the body restore balance, repair itself, and function at its highest potential. Our functional nutrition practitioners provide practical education, meal planning guidance, and supportive coaching that can work for the whole family.
We also understand that one of the biggest daily stressors is simply answering the question: “What’s for dinner?” That’s why we offer helpful resources, meal planning strategies, and guidance to make nourishing your family easier and more sustainable.
While nutrition is foundational, modern food systems often make it difficult to obtain all the nutrients our bodies need. In many cases, targeted, high-quality supplementation is necessary to support optimal health. During your coaching sessions, our practitioners may recommend trusted professional-grade supplements alongside personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and movement strategies to help your body function at its best.

Body Sculpting Red Light Therapy
Light therapy can result in fat loss and fat cell reduction. Red light triggers the formation of small openings or pores in fat cells, which releases fatty acids known as lipids. RLT is also beneficial for inflammation causing pain, post-surgical incisions, collagen production, neuropathy, also anxiety and depression. With the powerful frequencies and light waves in the Contour Red LIght system, the mitochondria get their batteries charged leaving our clients feeling energized. Each session lasts 25 minutes with a 10 minute vibration plate session following.

Flowpresso 3-in-1 Therapeutic Massage:
The only device of its kind in Central Iowa is at Wholistic Health Center! A non-invasive natural therapy that enhances overall health which delivers a 3-in-1 sensory treatment, comprising of compression, deep pressure, and thermodynamic heat. This unique combination of therapies releases toxins and puts the body into a ‘rest and restore’ state, working with our physiological processes to switch off fight or flight mechanisms, and facilitate healing and repair. Sessions are blocked for 1 hour to allow for our staff to assist with adjustments that feel best to you. Once you are comfortable, you get to peacefully relax in Flowpresso.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy (PEMF)
Our bodies need the magnetic energy of the Earth just like we need air, water, sleep, and nutrition. PEMF is an excellent therapy partner to use in conjunction with a Nutrition Response Testing® program because it actually helps drive the nutrients into the cells.

We make it simple to begin your journey toward better health. Here’s what to expect:
STEP 1: Schedule your FREE 20-minute Discovery Call.
Your first step is to schedule a complimentary 20-minute call with one of our highly trained practitioners. This gives us a chance to get to know you—and for you to see if our holistic approach is the right fit.
STEP 2: Complete your initial paperwork.
After booking, you’ll receive an email with your intake paperwork. Please complete this prior to your call so we can make the most of our time together.
What Happens During the Discovery Call:
Your practitioner will:
Review your health history and current concerns
Discuss your goals and level of commitment
Talk through what you’re hoping to resolve
Share how our services—such as Muscle Testing/NRT, Functional Nutrition, or the Metabolic Reset for Weight Loss—may support your healing
If it’s determined we can help, you’ll receive a customized program recommendation that includes:
The investment required
The expected length of commitment
Scheduling your next steps to get started
STEP 3: Next Steps Based on Your Recommended Program
In-Person Programs
You’ll be scheduled for your Initial Assessment, which lasts approximately 90–120 minutes.
Virtual Programs
You’ll be scheduled for a Telehealth Intake Assessment (approx. 60 minutes) with one of our FDN Practitioners or Health Coaches.
Payment Details
Payment for your selected program is expected to be paid at the time of your assessment. If you are working virtual with our practitioner, payment for your program is done over the phone or with a credit card on file. No-interest financing options are available with Advance Care at the link below.
