Muscle Testing/NRT
Nutrition Response Testing®, also known as Applied Kinesiology, is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the root cause of underlying illness and non-optimum health. Our clinically proven system may be quite different from any other healing practice you have experienced. Your initial consultation is just $175 for 90-120 minutes with one of our highly trained practitioners.
Adult 20-Minute NRT: $75/visit
Child 20-Minute NRT: $50/visit

Nutrition Response Testing
Metabolic Reset Weight Loss
Our clinically proven, science-based program allows the body to more efficiently metabolize fat and uses it as energy when an individual consumes less calories than they burn in a given period of time. We support your hormones in this transition with a homeopathic blend of amino acids, vitamins, minerals herbs, and cell salts for additional added benefits.
Weight Loss Programs start at $899.
Body Contouring Red Light Therapy is optional, but highly recommended to enhance your results. Consultation will determine what option is best for you.
IonCleanse® Foot Bath & Detox
The IonCleanse® helps the body detox through the healing power of ions. Ions, because of their powerful charge, cleanse the body more effectively than any other method of detox. The process is safe, relaxing, and non-invasive, with no harmful side effects. The IonCleanse® Foot bath purifies the body through the electrolysis of the water.

Nutrition & Fitness Coaching
A custom nutrition program created specifically for you based on results received from a multitude of patients over many years using real food as medicine, to enable the body to repair itself and become healthier.
After you receive your Nutrition Response Testing® analysis, you will get a specifically designed nutrition program based on the information your body provides. Food simply is not enough. We use high-quality, effective supplementation to assist in health restoration, as well as the lifestyle and dietary changes needed.
Body Sculpting Red Light Therapy
Light therapy can result in fat loss and fat cell reduction. Red light triggers the formation of small openings or pores in fat cells, which releases fatty acids known as lipids. RLT is also beneficial for inflammation causing pain, post-surgical incisions, collagen production, neuropathy, also anxiety and depression. With the powerful frequencies and light waves in the Contour Red LIght system, the mitochondria get their batteries charged leaving our clients feeling energized. Each session lasts 25 minutes with a 10 minute vibration plate session following.

Low Level Light Therapy
We use Laseronix Lasers to treat “active” scars. This scar treatment releases the stored energy in the scar, which can interfere with a patient’s healing.

Flowpresso Therapeutic Massage:
The only device of its kind in Iowa is at Wholistic Health Center! A non-invasive natural therapy that enhances overall health which delivers a 3-in-1 sensory treatment, comprising of compression, deep pressure, and thermodynamic heat. This unique combination of therapies releases toxins and puts the body into a ‘rest and restore’ state, working with our physiological processes to switch off fight or flight mechanisms, and facilitate healing and repair. Sessions are blocked for 1 hour to allow for our staff to assist with adjustments that feel best to you. Once you are comfortable, you get to peacefully relax in Flowpresso.
40-Minute Session: $80
Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy (PEMF)
Our bodies need the magnetic energy of the Earth the way we need air, water, sleep, and nutrition. PEMF is an excellent therapy partner to use in conjunction with a Nutrition Response Testing® program because it actually helps drive the nutrients into the cells.

With this membership, you’ll receive unlimited use of our detox services. Get pampered and feel complete relaxation while your body is working for you to release toxic build-up that is causing you symptoms.

Your health restoration journey at WHC
Curious what the process will be like? Here’s a quick overview:
STEP 1: Schedule your FREE 20-minute Discovery Call with one of our highly trained practitioners.
STEP 2: You will receive an email to complete your initial paperwork prior to this call. Your discovery call will help our practitioner get to know you and what your level of commitment is to resolving your health concerns. She will have a conversation with your about your health history, what you’re looking to resolve, and how Muscle Testing/NRT, Functional Restoration, or the Metabolic Reset for Weight Loss can work for you. If our practitioner determines she is able to help you, you will get information about the program she is recommending, including the investment required and length of commitment needed. If your program recommendation is in-person, you will be scheduled for your initial assessment that will take approximately 90-120 minutes. If your program is virtual, you will be scheduled via Zoom for your intake assessment with our FDN practitioner or a Health Coach that will take approximately 60 minutes (see note below about Metabolic Reset for Weight Loss). Payment for the selected program is expected at this time only when virtual services are utilized.
STEP 3: When Muscle Testing/NRT is recommended, your initial assessment begins with the non-invasive muscle testing body scan in office. Using our test kits, we will be able to determine what organs in your body are affected and what stressors are causing the imbalance. The test kits help us identify stressors from foods, pathogens, metals, chemicals and possible trauma. We’ll review the results together and provide a report of recommendations and protocol tailored specifically to your needs. Labs could also be a recommendation for your initial assessment or at anytime in your program. Expect this appointment to take approximately 90-120 minutes. When working with our FDN-P in Functional Restoration, your required labs will be ordered and done in the comfort of your own home with easy to follow instructions. Lab kits will be shipped to your doorstep. Once you've collected your samples, simply send them back to the lab. In a matter of weeks, we'll have the results, and together, we'll use this data to create a personalized protocol for you! Your results and recommendations appointment will then be scheduled via Zoom. Expect this appointment to take approximately 90-120 minutes. With either program, our practitioner will verify your commitment level to this program, and you will schedule your first follow-up appointment.
STEP 4: Your practitioner will design a tailored protocol aligned with your goals, health history, and lab findings, if applicable. This approach ensures this process is guided with clarity and support. We've handled all the details so that you are not left hanging or guessing on what to do next. Let the change begin! At your follow-up appointment, we will review your diet/food logs, ask about your personally designed protocol, and any updates or changes since we last met. If your program involves muscle testing, we will re-test all of your active organs and prioritize which ones need to be addressed that day. You will receive an updated protocol to follow until your next visit as per the practitioner recommendations.
*** When Metabolic Reset for Weight Loss is recommended and you are committed, you will be scheduled for intake with a health coach.
