Bioenergy Analysis/Muscle Testing
Bioenergy Analysis, also known as muscle testing, is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the root cause of underlying illness and non-optimum health. Our clinically proven system may be quite different from any other healing practice you have experienced. Your initial consultation is just $250 for 90-120 minutes with one of our highly trained practitioners.
30-Minute NRT Follow-up: $85/visit (ages 13 and up)
Children under 13: $65/visit

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® is a science-based holistic approach to investigating and identifying the root cause of your health problems. Imbalances in your body can lead to symptoms such as digestive complaints, fatigue, hormone and weight issues. As a therapeutic partnership between client and practitioner, it is an evolution in the practice of nutrition that better addresses the health needs of our modern society.

Metabolic Reset Weight Loss (telehealth option available)

This non-invasive therapy uses targeted red light wavelengths to stimulate cellular function, support lymphatic movement, and enhance the body’s natural detoxification pathways. Designed to complement a whole-body approach, we combine this therapy with customized nutrition and supplement support to help improve body composition, skin tone, and overall vitality—from the inside out. Each session lasts 25 minutes with a 10 minute vibration plate session following.

Flowpresso 3-in-1 Therapeutic Massage:
The only device of its kind in Central Iowa is at Wholistic Health Center! A non-invasive natural therapy that enhances overall health which delivers a 3-in-1 sensory treatment, comprising of compression, deep pressure, and thermodynamic heat. This unique combination of therapies releases toxins and puts the body into a ‘rest and restore’ state, working with our physiological processes to switch off fight or flight mechanisms, and facilitate healing and repair. Sessions are blocked for 1 hour to allow for our staff to assist with adjustments that feel best to you. Once you are comfortable, you get to peacefully relax in Flowpresso.

IonCleanse® Detox Foot Bath
The IonCleanse® helps the body detox through the healing power of ions. Ions, because of their powerful charge, cleanse the body more effectively than any other method of detox. The process is safe, relaxing, and non-invasive, with no harmful side effects. The IonCleanse® Foot bath purifies the body through the electrolysis of the water.

Wellness Spa Detox Membership:
With this membership, you’ll receive unlimited use of most detox services. Get pampered and feel complete relaxation while your body is working for you to release toxic build-up that is causing you symptoms.
For safety reasons, Flowpresso Therapeutic Massage is limited to 2 sessions per week. Some services may be combined for use the same day.

Nutrition & Fitness Coaching
At Wholistic Health Center, we use real food as medicine through personalized nutrition and fitness coaching. Our approach is rooted in clinical experience and designed to help your body restore balance, improve energy, and function at its best.
We provide practical education, simple meal planning, and realistic strategies that work for the whole family—taking the stress out of “what’s for dinner.” When needed, we also recommend high-quality supplements to support optimal health.

STEP 1: Schedule your FREE 20-minute Discovery Call.
Your first step is to schedule a complimentary 20-minute call with one of our highly trained practitioners. This gives us a chance to get to know you—and for you to see if our holistic approach is the right fit.
STEP 2: Complete your initial paperwork.
After booking, you’ll receive an email with your intake paperwork. Please complete this prior to your call so we can make the most of our time together.
What Happens During the Discovery Call:
Your practitioner will:
Review your health history and current concerns
Discuss your goals and level of commitment
Talk through what you’re hoping to resolve
Share how our services—such as Muscle Testing/NRT, Functional Nutrition, or the Metabolic Reset for Weight Loss—may support your healing
If it’s determined we can help, you’ll receive a customized program recommendation that includes:
The investment required
The expected length of commitment
Scheduling your next steps to get started
STEP 3: Next Steps Based on Your Recommended Program
In-Person Programs
You’ll be scheduled for your Initial Assessment, which lasts approximately 90–120 minutes.
Virtual Programs
You’ll be scheduled for a Telehealth Intake Assessment (approx. 60 minutes) with one of our FDN Practitioners or Health Coaches.
Payment Details
Payment for your selected program is expected to be paid at the time of your assessment. If you are working virtual with our practitioner, payment for your program is done over the phone or with a credit card on file. No-interest financing options are available with Advance Care at the link below.
